When you enter today's work details, AI organizes risk factors and safety rules for each task and creates a draft TBM material. Safety personnel use it after reviewing and modifying it according to the on-site situation.
First, we search for and refer to materials held by the site, such as risk assessment data, work plans, safety work guidelines, past TBM meeting minutes, and cases of accidents and near misses.
Extract text and key information from existing PDFs, Hangul and Word files, images, and scans to use as AI knowledge without recreating documents.
Convert voice into text and record it during meetings. After the meeting ends, the meeting contents are analyzed and draft minutes are automatically organized.
Meeting participants check the meeting contents and confirm their participation on their mobile devices. Participation records are managed paperless with electronic signatures and electronic approval.
At multilingual sites, workers can review safety rules and notices in Korean, English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Uzbek, Mongolian, and other required languages.
